Elmer Andersen celebration

A ONE-HUNDRETH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN HONOR OF ELMER L. ANDERSEN will feature remarks by U librarian Wendy Pradt Lougee, Andersen’s son Julian Andersen, and Star Tribune columnist and Andersen biographer Lori Sturdevant; a showing of a new documentary on Andersen's life, "Legacy of a Leader: Elmer L. Andersen"; and an opening dessert reception for "A Man’s Reach: A Transforming Life," a new exhibit exploring Andersen's interests, philosophies regarding government and business practices, and impact on the U, the state, and the nation.
