RTA Online covers 53 volumes (since 1958) of Religious & Theological Abstracts (over 215,000 records) and provides abstracts for over 500 titles of religious journals of the major world religions.

Subjects include: theology, biblical studies, counseling, history, archaeology, apologetics, art and architecture, spirituality, religion and state, sociology/psychology of religion, philosophy, ecumenism, literature, ethics, interreligious dialogue, etc.

Summaries of articles appearing in scholarly journals, covering a wide variety of periodical literature including Christian, Jewish, and other World religions. Provides English language abstracts of articles in English, Hebrew, Afrikaans, and major European languages. Indexes and abstracts articles in the fields of sociology, anthropology, criminology, demography, education, law and penology, race relations, social psychology, and urban studies. Coverage also includes policy issues in areas such as aging, violence, abuse and neglect, crisis intervention, urban development, and development policy.

The print edition is in Wilson Library Reference; earlier years are on second floor in the book stacks: Call number: Quarto BR1 .R286 Latest 5 years in WILSON Reference . Library owns print issues for v.1-51 (1958-2008)

The online edition covers these journals and appears to cover the same years as the print edition.
