Matteo Ricci & map exhibit

Read about this upcoming exhibit in the James Ford Bell Library. The exhibit opens September 15, 2010.

Kunyu wanguo quantu, or Map of the Ten Thousand Countries of the Earth, is the oldest surviving Chinese map to show the Americas.

Prof. Ann Waltner will be speaking at a special free event will be held at the James Ford Bell Library on Thursday, September 23, 2010
