Have you ever been hired on to a firm and asked to take a drug test? This is becoming more common nowadays, whether from the war on drugs or employers just wanting a safer, substance-free workplace. Maybe it's in the firms insurance poicy for it's employees to take these tests. But should you really have to be forced to take a test just because someone says you have to?

The answer to this question is a no. These tests go into the governent services and go into your pernament record. Do we want the governemt in our lives? Of cource not! The whole point of the governemt is to stay out of the peoples lives. Who wants to be watched be the government at all times? No one. We don't want Big Brother watching us, because the point of a free democracy is for us to be free of the government. No Firm that I work for can force me to take a drug test. If I won't do it and they fire me, that's fine, I'll work for their competators. So, for all those who were in the disscution section 11 for rhetoric 1101, both sides of the argument were right. No one should be forced to take a test, but the firms should have the option of doing so. I personally have never trashed my body with alcohol or drugs, and would not volenter to take a test, because I don't have to.
