I love IM. It's a great way to keep in touch with people that I no longer live close to. I use GMAIL, AIM, MSN Messenger, Yahoo & now Jabber. My parents are on MSN, and we sometimes do Video IMing. I really like that, especially since we have high-speed internet now. With dial-up, it was a little jerky.
