Princeton's BookLovers
The reference team has a wiki for procedural information. Once it takes off, I think it will be a good resource to keep things up-to-date.
I checked out the Book Lovers Wiki, on PBWiki. The wiki was founded by the Princeton Public Library.
I was slightly surprised at how few entries there are. It didn't really blow me away. It maybe should have been created as a blog because people aren't really going in and editing reviews they didn't write.
