Planning Ahead

Yesterday I found out I was accepted to the Poland Study Abroad program. I was super excited.

Today I went and applied for my passport. It was a lot quicker and easier than I thought it would be, although I already had the forms filled out ahead of time. For the birth certificate, passport, and photos it took about 10 minutes and the total came to $125. A lot of money just for a little booklet proving I'm me :-)

Here are some links about where I will be going:

Spring Break (Day 1)

I'm just testing this thing out. I'm not quite comfortable here yet. But as soon as I learn a bit more about tweaking it, I should be golden.

Today is the first day of Spring Break. I went to my Art History class, although I had a hard time concentrating because I was up late last night celebrating good ol' St. Patty's day. Then I had to finish off my signatures on my petition to run for Senator in Student Association elections. I finally did get home, packed, ate, and cleaned up a bit. Within the next hour I'm off to So. St. Paul for a nice relaxing week before I get to come back to even more stress. I'm hitchin' a ride with Gaber and Sidekick, so it should be a good time, although I'm so tired I might pass out in the back seat.

Anyway, I should go finish up cleaning a bit, have myself one more cup of apple cider tea, and wait for those crazy kids to get here.
