Bus Brakes
Minnesota school districts have been warned of possible break failure due to a specific school bus brake system that may be defective.
This warning comes after a bus inspection found an irregularity was found in a buses braking system. It is estimated that less than 10 percent of the states 13,000 school buses could be affected, investigators said.
The Hydro-Max Brake System, produced by Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems are the brakes under question.
