Good call on the needing to make noise. I was in Juneau, AK for my IPPE and they had no idea what I was supposed to do or get out of it. After one or two painfully boring days (not in a row), I spoke with my preceptor and found out that any pharmacist in Alaska is a preceptor. Thus, I was able to follow each pharmacist around and learn the differences in how they perform their tasks.
All in all, I learned that these IPPEs are what you make of them. A little extra effort on my part went a long way.
