on another note, i went to pedro the lion last night. good show. not the best that i've seen (no encore! lame) but still good. they played about half a dozen songs off their new album, which i don't have. but a lot of old ones too. sveah and matt came, i finally met him and saw her for the first time in over two months! good to see her...matt seems like a sweetheart, but i'm still wary of her constantly changing significant others, haha. they are living together, so they'll find out pretty quick. :)

soren and robyn came too, and my friend dave from choir brought me but then wandered around during the show.

i don't know if any other shows will be in town soon, but i do want to see Handel's Messiah in December. i've finally run out of never-ending funds and have to budget again. Christmas won't be so bad though, i've gotten part of the gifts in the mail already (making most of them), and i just need to pick up a few more things. i'm really excited to make them. :)

i think i'm making a veggie pesto soup for lunch...mmm. no voice lesson today, i woke up w/a sore throat yesterday (ugh) so i'm taking it easy.
