This database allows you to search for Minnesota health care services and resources at no charge over the Internet. There are links to our database from the National Library of Medicine's MedlinePlus consumer health information website. You will be able to look up a topic, such as diabetes, on MedlinePlus, then click on a link for Minnesota to find resources, such as diabetes patient support groups, in your local area (county, city or zip code) in Minnesota.
