What is the JCR?

Trying to decide where to publish? The Journal Citation Reports (JCR) can help. The JCR is where you can find impact factors for journals. Impact factors give you an idea how often, on average, articles from the journal are cited in a given year. A higher impact factor means articles are cited more often.
