I had a patron complain that the cash-to-card machine would not allow him to buy a card to use the copy machine; it would not accept his money. I called the incident in to the UCard office so they will be looking into it. I just wanted to note that on the wiki page it says to call the UCard office and ask for Mary or Sarah BUT the woman I talked to has taken Sarah's position and her name is Paige and she said that there is no Mary who works in the office. So, in short, ask for Paige if you need to report any problems with the cash-to-card machine.]]>
