        <![CDATA[<p>Now that we're doing digital reference at the desk, I thought it would be handy to be able to take screenshots. Since we don't have SnagIt, I downloaded <a href="http://www.techsmith.com/jing/">Jing</a> on the reference desk computer. You can use it much in the same way as SnagIt to take a screen capture and add arrows or highlight sections. I created the account using the sciref email account. Password is in the wiki (you shouldn't need it on the ref desk computer, though)</p>]]>
