Since we don't have SnagIt, I downloaded Jing on the reference desk computer. You can use it much in the same way as SnagIt to take a screen capture and add arrows or highlight sections. I created the account using the sciref email account. Password is in the wiki (you shouldn't need it on the ref desk computer, though)
