Hello everyone, My name is Samuel Gustave Shaw and this is my first blog. I am 18 year old freshman here at the U of MN, and I attend the Carlson School of Management. I chose to come here becuase of the reputation of the school and also for my love of the Twin Cities. I was born in Edina, Minnesota, but moved, to what I consider my hometown of Grand Rapids, MN, in 1992. I grew up there and have my best memories of my family and friends there. I grew up playing baseball, football, and hockey, and played all through high school, it's really weird now not having sports to play anymore. Now my hobbies mostly consist of doing homework constantly and trying to find time to go home to musky fish, or go hunting.
