The School of Communication at Northwestern University is inviting doctoral students who study human behavior in digital environments, and are at the beginning stages of their dissertation work, to apply to a workshop focusing on methodological issues in this research.

The School of Journalism and Mass Communication is pleased to announce that graduate student Soyoon Kim was awarded the University of Minnesota's 2013-14 Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship Award for her dissertation, "Challenging Bipolarity in Persuasive Health Communication: Tests of the Activation Patterns and Consequences of the Avoidance-Approach Motivations Explaining Media Health Message Effects."

The Missouri School of Journalism is seeking colleagues who will teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels in strategic communication in the areas of marketing research, data analysis, and consumer insights.
