The Communication Department at Buffalo State, State University of New York, seeks a faculty member at the rank of assistant professor.
Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Communication or
related field; expertise to teach Communication Media/Social Media/Multimedia for public relations, strategic communication or journalism courses; college-level teaching experience; evidence of communication-related scholarship or ability to do scholarly research; and artistic excellence as demonstrated through an active exhibition record and/or work experience in the field of social media.
Preferred Qualifications: M.F.A. or Ph.D. in Communication or related field, professional experience in Media Production; evidence of published research, full-time college teaching experience, and ability to teach courses dealing with Media Production and communication ethics.
