Host Based Access on Postgres and DSPACE ... pg_hba.conf

The pg_hba.conf file controls remote access to postgres.
On strip 3 of our DSPACE instance there are two of these files:

/opt/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf
/var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf


/var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf is the live one.
