Definition #2

I still believe a leader has all of the qualities I have previously written, however I also believe that a leader will surround themselves with a group of people who can work together efficiently and can make up for each others missing abilities. This makes up the perfect team.

Nice definition Sam. There are a couple of formatting things I'd like you to include for this post and the following posts. Be sure to include the week prior's definition. Keep the definition to two or three cogent sentences. Explain why your definition did or didn't change based on the week's readings, and lastly cite the reading(s) using APA format, as you did above!
