First PRSSA Meeting on September 23
The Willard Thompson Chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) will have its first meeting of the semester on Wednesday, September 23rd 5:15 - 6:15 p.m. in the SJMC Conference Center in 100 Murphy Hall.
The Public Relations Student Society of America is a professionally-affiliated, national organization dedicated to providing:
• Mutually beneficial relationships between professionals and students
• Opportunities to develop leadership and hone writing skills necessary for the field
• Exclusive internship information, networking events, and various regional meetings and conferences.
• Valuable resources about the public relations industry
• Hands-on experience and opportunities to build a professional portfolio
If you are interested in public relations, communications, marketing, advertising, or event planning, please join us on September 23rd. At the meeting we will discuss the basics of PRSSA membership and the ways that you can get involved.
