Student program to hold panel discussion on professionalism

What does it mean to "be professional" in the workplace and why is this important?

Join the Student Employment Leadership Program for the What is Professionalism? panel, where a small group of employers from various industries will help us answer these very questions.

Discussion will focus on topics such as professional communication, appearance, attitude, building professional networks (in-person and on-line) and some fundamental professional etiquette tips that can apply across types of jobs, industries and organizations. Help ensure that you can be successful in any of your current as well as future positions by joining us for this event! This event is sponsored by the Office for Student Engagement.

Workshops will be held:
From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 30, in room 131B of the Science Teaching and Student Services building.

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 8, in room 230 of the Science Teaching and Student Services building.
