SJMC's diversity committee, PRISM to hold 'Multicultural is Mainstream' talk

The School of Journalism and Mass Communication's diversity committee and PRISM are proud to welcome Rudolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez Tuesday.

Rodriguez, who is director of multicultural marketing for General Mills, will talk about how multiculturalism and multicultural approaches are mainstream. Rodriguez leads General Mills' development of unique consumer insight to drive growth with multicultural consumers. Before joining General Mills, Rodriguez was responsible for developing multicultural marketing campaigns for Unilever and Amoco.

The talk will take place at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the SJMC Conference Center (100 Murphy Hall). The talk is free and open to the public; light refreshments will be served following Rodriguez's talk.
