Minnesota Daily wins national awards

The Minnesota Daily was honored with six awards at the Associated Collegiate Press' National College Media Convention held Oct. 28-Nov. 1 in Austin, Tx.

The Minnesota Daily was honored with six awards at the Associated Collegiate Press' National College Media Convention held Oct. 28-Nov. 1 in Austin, Tx.

The Daily received the Pacemaker Award, the highest honor available to a college newspaper. Criteria for the award includes coverage and content, quality of writing and reporting, leadership on the opinion page, evidence of in-depth reporting, design, photography, art and graphics.
