More than 250 people attended this year's Spring Celebration, held on May 4, 2010 at the McNamara Alumni Center. The event brought together students, faculty, alumni, donors and their guests to honor the SJMC's graduating class, scholarship recipients and the generous donors who make the scholarships possible. The SJMC Alumni Society Award for Excellence recipient, Chuck Porter '67, also was recognized. Porter, who is legendary in the advertising industry, is chairman of Crispin Porter + Bogusky and chief strategist at MDC Partners.
