Kindness--it's a simple concept, really, but one we too often take for granted. The Month of Kindness is a University-wide event dedicated to spreading kindness throughout the community. The Month of Kindness will promote involvement in the University community by promoting events from a wide range of student and community organizations. These events will allow us to reach out to others and improve our relationships with them. The Month of Kindness also hopes to raise awareness of the simple ways in which we can all show kindness to others every day, thus making their lives--and ours--a little better.

Come join us to celebrate Cookie Monster's Birthday! We will be handing out free cookies!

Come join us for our Kindness Rally. We will be rallying outside of Mariucci Arena before the Minnesota Gophers men's hockey game. Stop by the STLF office before the game to pick up t-shirts and signs to rally for kindness. This event is very fun and focuses on the positive side of life.

Come join us for a comical male pageant! Contestants who live in the superblock will be competing for the title by participating in a talent, swimwear, formal wear, and mystery round for a grand prize. This year's theme is "Rock Out With Your Block Out!"

STLF will be officially kicking off their Pay It Forward Tour Registration on November 12th. Come join us for free bowling and pizza and sign up for the most amazing spring break experience around. This year there will be 5 buses traveling across the country each to a destination city of Memphis, TN Houston, TX or Washington DC. Reserve your spot on one of these trips Wednesday.

In celebration of the beauty that lies on the St. Paul Campus we are encouraging students to come over and explore this relatively unknown part of our school. Incentives will be offered to encourage students to take the short campus connector ride over.

Celebrate the contributions of wonderful U of M custodians to our school. Stop by the STLF weekly meeting in Coffman room 303 at 9:00pm to celebrate the hard work done by maintenance staff of the U of M by making cards of appreciation and presenting them with gifts of appreciation.
