2011 Kerlan Award: Jane Kurtz

Children's author Jane Kurtz will receive the Kerlan Award in recognition of achievement in children's literature and appreciation of donation of materials to the Kerlan Collection. Kurtz is the author of many books, including Lanie's Real Adventures, American Girl's 2010 Book of the year; River Friendly, River Wild; The Storyteller's Beads; and Do Kangaroos Wear Seat Belts?
