You know, they've been talking about giving the new stadium some features that would make it uniquely Minnesotan. A replica of Minnehaha Falls behind centerfield would be a nice touch.

Replicas of nature in a corporate playground are kind of lame. They could make their own features like KC's fountains, or just stick to the urban ballpark atmosphere.

Well, we've all heard by now that Basset Creek runs under the ballpark site. But I'm not sure what they could do with it. Maybe a see through floor? However, I agree with spycake. Let's not do something lame. What is lame, though? A replica of Minnehaha Falls might be cool, but a KC type waterfall display might be better.

Actually Basset's creek really doesn't run under the site, I'll explain later.
I noticed that the guy Greet Machine was backing for the ballpark committee director, got the job. I guess that old Greet Machine mojo is still alive and well, even if the website is no longer the same.
Off to see Spamalot on Broadway

I am very, very happy with Dan Kenney's appointment. He will do a great job.
