Xi Zhu successfully defended his dissertation, "Delineating Cognitive Maps in Teams: The Structure, Antecedents, and Consequences of Transactive Memory Systems," on July 18. His advisor is Prof. David Knoke. In Fall 2011, Xi will be an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy, College of Public Health, University of Iowa, Iowa City.
