The SAGE Teaching Innovations and Professional Development Award invites nominations for 20-25 awards to cover expenses up to $500 to attend the ASA Section on Teaching and Learning's pre-conference workshop, "The Art at the Heart of Learner-Centered Teaching." Aug. 16, Denver. Awardees are expected to 1) stay for the entire workshop; and 2) submit a short paper (500-800 words) after the meetings, describing specific benefits of participation.
