The Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action invites nominations for the Gabriel G. Rudney Award for Outstanding PhD Dissertation in Nonprofit and Voluntary Action Research. The annual award is for a dissertation completed and/or defended in the three years prior the award (2009, 2010, and 2011), that contribute to the advancement of theory, conceptualization, research, or practice closely related to nonprofit organizations or voluntary action are eligible. Cash prize: $1,000. To apply, author's advisor or author should email, as a single PDF document, advisor's letter and extended 5-page abstract. Full dissertation may be requested.
