Kelly Chermack successfully defended her dissertation, "Engaging the Dialectic: Managerial Resistance to Change and Innovation in Corporate America," on July 16. Her Advisor is Prof. David Knoke. Dr. Chermack has started her own research consulting company, helping organizations measure change and performance. She has also accepted a position as an editor at Walden University, Minneapolis.
