Andrew Halpern Manners successfully defended his dissertation, "Panel Conditioning Longitudinal Social Science Surveys," on June 14. His Advisor is Prof. Rob Warren. In Fall 2013, he will begin as an Assistant Professor at Indiana University at Bloomington. Congratulations, Dr. Halpern Manners!
