He reveals how radical environmental and animal rights movements challenge inequity through a vision they call "total liberation."
Congratulations Chris Uggen for receiving the Peterson-Krivo Mentoring Award for 2014. Jointly awarded by ASA's CLD and Sociology of Law Sections, it recognizes
sustained work and innovative approaches in the service of facilitating the success of undergrad and grad students as well as other scholars (particularly younger scholars). The formal presentation will be held at the annual meetings in San Francisco in August.
