Online research mentor training available

A free, online mentor development course is now available to prepare UMN faculty to be effective research mentors for junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows and graduate students."Optimizing the Practice of Mentoring," was developed by the Academic Health Center, in conjunction with CTSI, under leadership from Drs. Anne Marie Weber-Main, Esam El-Fakahany and Janet Shanedling. The 5-module course takes from 90 to 120 minutes to complete and contains a survey and mentoring action plan. Register here.
