Kudos to School of Nursing's Jayne Fulkerson, PhD, who was recently interviewed for a UM News article on the Healthy Offerings via the Mealtime Environment (HOME) Plus program that received a five-year R01 grant from the National Institutes of Health. The study recently produced a cook book to encourage families to cook and eat meals together and focuses on families with children ages 8 to 12-years. Learn more.
