PCORI launches match challenge

The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is calling for study proposals based on its national research agenda that prototypes a patient/research 'match' or mechanism to form partnerships for 'research done differently.' This means that patients and caregivers collaborate with researchers in critical activities resulting in the development of research materials, protocols and effective dissemination of study results. Pre-register here. Deadline to submit a 5-page proposal for either a $10,000 conceptual model award or a $40,000 prototype model award is April 15, 2013. See the Jan. 28 webinar for details.
