I am really curious to see the findings University of Minnesota will reveal. I just read an article on http://cw11.empowereddoctor.com/story_903.html about the same topic and it is very interesting. It seems like the turning point of human life span has finally arrived.

It breaks my heart everytime I hear about the childhood obesity dilemma. Is there a link between this and a mom or dad who is constantly on some form of ineffective, unsustainable diet and popping weight loss pills and potions? Doesn't childhood obesity have much to do with the example set by parents? If parents make smart food choices and include activity in their daily program, won't that have a positive impact on the kids as well?
