Daily Weighing a Good Thing for Women over 40

Jennifer LindeFrequent self-weighing is not associated with depression in women between 40 and 65, according to researchers at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Lead researcher Jennifer Linde says that the study also found that self-weighing daily, rather than once every week or month, was associated with lower Body Mass Index levels in women 40 years or older.
