Everyone thinks to loose Weight you just need to stop eating and exercise more!@! This is not true!! You also need to re-train your body that is okay to be hunger sometimes.

Not always!! Sometimes people just need to balance certain hormones which will allow them to loose weight!!

Maybe!!! But how often is this ever really the case? 1 out of 100?

You might be suprised!! I believe it is closer to 1 out of 5!

I doubt that??

I agree with both of you!! I believe hormones have their place though a good diet and walking our the key to true weight loss.

I've actually come across some interesting info recently that's changed the way I approach health and fitness. More muscle means more calorie burning which means I can eat without that sense of deprivation that "dieting" lends itself too. There's a great book I just discovered that is an answer to my prayers because I don't like to workout and now I can workout 1x a week for about 20 minutes and be more effective than all that 3x/wk weight training plus more aerobic activity too. It's called "The Power of 10".
