Megan and I recently meet some friends at the Mill City Museum. I had never been before and am glad I was able to go. We got to experience one of their baking lab demos. They explored the history behind brownie mixes. It was awesome; we got to sample brownies made from scratch and from a box. I like brownies made from scratch. Check out their
website. If you do get a chance to go, make sure you take the tour. The view from the top is amazing.

The part of the mill that blew up a while back.

The competition across the Mississippi.

The famous sign on the roof of the Mill City Museum.

You can also get a good view of the U’s
St. Anthony Falls Laboratory.
Well its midterm time again. I got one down and another one on Monday. Things are staying pretty busy. Spent the weekend working on HW. I hope everyone had fun with the snow on Thursday. My class starts at 4…the U canceled classes after 4:40. It was a sparsely populated class that night. We ended up getting close to 8 inches at our place in Bloomington. That was a lot of shoveling.
