DULUTH, Minn. -- An off-duty Duluth firefighter revived a referee at a high school hockey game, authorities said. "The Duluth News Tribune reports referee Pat Milinovich collapsed between the second and third periods of Saturday's game between Duluth Marshall and Crookston," KTTC said. "Brad Bushey, an off-duty Duluth firefighter, and others dashed from the stands to lend a hand. Bushey told the newspaper the referee looked blue and wasn't breathing. He says he immediately began administering CPR, re-established a heartbeat, and the referee began breathing on his own," the Star Tribune said.
