Jamie has reinstalled MediaMark 2002 on all 3 BusRef CDROM stations and they work perfectly. The problems and errors messages we previously had in searching for studies and displaying data no longer occur.
Although the actually causes for all the problems are unknown. we suspect that MediaMark will likely need ongoing maintenace every several months. For unknown reasons, it generates numerous temp files for every search and every display of data. One workstation had over 18,000 temp files which Jamie deleted and believes might have been causing error messages.
