GPO has just released their new Information Dissemination Implementation Plan for FY 2005-2006. This is a synthesis of some of the draft reports released for comment last year. Some parts of it are yet to be developed, but I assume they wanted to get it out before the upcoming meeting of the Depository Library Council.
