Finally put the finishing touches on a guide that a St. Kate's student did for us a while back. It won't be needed a lot, but when it is, it will *really* be needed. JPRS Reports constitute one of the more complex sets of government reports out there. However, this guide does a nice job of breaking them down into manageable chunks.
