Just a couple of very important reminders about referring patrons to our Bio-Medical Library IT Help Staff.
- Please remember to log ALL referrals to the IT Help Staff using the Reference Transactions Wufoo Form. To do this, choose "Technical/Computer Issue" under Question Type and then also "Referred to IT Help Desk Staff" under Type of Computer or Technical Issue.
- IT Help Staff are generally available - at minimum - from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Please don't hesitate to call upon them when you get IT questions you are unable to answer. The most efficient way to reach them is to call 4-5989. I believe that this number goes first to the student IT staff work area and then is routed to other IT staff (Chacko, etc.) if the students are unavailable.
