Susan - The current printable version of the hours listings is a direct result of discontinuing the use of .pdf files on the hours page. Granted, the current version is not as attractive as the previous version, but all of the information is there.
Using this type of file, rather than the former .pdf files, was indeed an administrative decision. Peggy Johnson had a note about this in the Monday Memo sometime during Fall Semester. --Steve

Hi all - I'm here at the Ref desk on Saturday and I see there is no longer a printer-friendly version of the Library Hours pages. Was that an administrative decision or an accidental omission?
The hours for this building alone takes four pages to print.
The printed version cuts off the dates text for some entries, including the basement level and Info Commons.
Hope you can remedy this.

Hi, this is Susan Gangl s-Gang@umn.edu writing from the Reference Desk.
I was helping a patron and tried to send her MNCAT Record from MNCAT to her
comcast email address and got a "restricted" message. I didn't think that
we blocked them when they're sending a record from MNCAT. HAs that always
been the case or is it possible to make it work? ~Susan G
