New Technical Services for Public Services link

Greetings,
I finally got it done (or at least started). The index of links that we at TS St Paul think might be of particular interest to public service and reference people has been added to the TSSP homepage. To find the index from our homepage, look for the entry in pink at the bottom of the right column. This memo was sent to St Paul selectors and TSSP staff. Please forward it to anyone else who might be interested.
