Belly Rules
It's happened. I'm on a diet. Baby is weaned, therefore mommy must be leaned. It's terrible. What I really want to do is drown myself in gallons upon gallons of Mountain Dew and swallow dark chocolate pieces whole, but no, I am sitting here drinking water and thinking about chocolate.
Truth be told, I never thought I would ever have to diet. I was a skinny-mini throughout high school and most of college. Then I graduated. Then I got married. Then I got an office job. Then I had a baby. Then I lost 60 pounds in three weeks but still have those last "few" pounds of "baby fat" to get rid of.
The diet should help, but what I really need is exercise. Ha! Here comes winter...

amen and amen... well, except I managed my girth without having a baby to show for it. How did you lose 60 POUNDS IN 3 WEEKS and how can I get in on that????

Well, I lost those 60 pounds after Micah was born - it's called big 'ol baby and lots of water weight! I'm not sure this is a weight loss plan you'd be interested in. And yes, I really do miss Bill. But more on that in another entry...
