When it comes to decision making there is a big difference on how people approach the process. The biggest difference is personality which can easily be divided into the general personality traits of women compared to men. Women generally react very irrationally and with much emotional influence. They take everything personally and normally look deep into each topic. Sometimes maybe even deeper than the original intentions of what they are examining. Men on the other hand normally think less about their decisions and don't often associate personal feelings into their decisions.
A prime example of this on a grand scale is the decision making process that happens every day at the nations capitol. The president is required to make important decisions for the country every day and his personality affects his decisions. Is is possible that this decision making process would be dramatically different if the president where a women and emotions became more prevalent in the process?
