1. I will change my voicemail to indicate I am out of the office due to extended illness, and identify whether I am working remotely or utilizing sick time.
2. I will change my email notification to indicate the situation specifics outlined in #1
3. I currently work remotely one day a week so have tested my remote work needs fully and can function and complete all tasks without coming into the office, including:
- voicemail and email access
- remote access to staff computers (currently only OS X)
- remote access to OIP servers
4. UofM VPN is installed, updated and used for all work-related communication into the university network
